Food was outstanding and I have nothing but unforgettable memories from this trip. Everything was incredible, including incredibly kind staff and marvellous location in the middle of jackson. Location: the hotel was just off a very nice waterfall and a beautiful forest, about 2 hours from Quito. The room was well-kept and nice, not to mention views over mountain from the window. The beds with feather pillows were exceptionally comfortable.
